How long does it take to complete my order?
While we do the very best we can to get orders out ASAP, we generally allot a time frame of 2-3 weeks upon receiving your supplies. Rush orders are accepted based on calendar accommodation, with an additional rush fee.
What format should I send my guest list in?
We are very flexible with formats but we prefer Microsoft Word or Excel. After receiving your list, we will review it, and will address any questions or concerns. We understand changes or additions may occur however, guest lists needs to be completed to . Changes can cause set back on the completion of your order.

How can I get a sample of your work?
We love to make sure you are confident in your choice of calligraphy, so we gladly send one sample per customer upon request. You may also purchase a sample pack. For details on a Sample Pack, please send us a message on our contact us page or send an email to: Info@FirstAndLaurel.com
How do I pay?
An invoice will be sent to you using our including detailed information for your purchase. Within this email, you'll be able to connect to our register and submit your payment. Projects consisting of 5 or less items must be paid in full before project is stated.
For projects consisting of 5 up to 500 items, a non-refundable retainer fee, 50% of total price, will be billed to hold dates on our calendar. The remaining balance will be billed to you upon completion of your order. Orders will shipped or delivered in person as soon as final payment is received.
